When will my product be delivered?
Delivery times depend on the location of delivery. Allow upto 3 days in Sydney metropolitan areas, otherwise allow up to 7 days. We will endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed on the day and shipped out the following day.

Refunds or Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Hippie Hippo will happily exchange or refund your purchase once we have the product in return.

The product returned must be unused and in its original packaging within seven (7) days of the purchase date to obtain an exchange or refund (minus any shipping or handling).

Where the item is faulty we will provide a full refund to the customer.

Hippie Hippo is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All packages should be returned to us
via a trackable method.
